Smart Meter Data Gaps

Your smart meter collects energy usage data every half hour, which is sent to Octopus for billing purposes. For time-of-use tariffs like agile or go a complete set of usage data is vital for accurate billing.

Use this tool to check for gaps in your usage data. These can happen when there are power outages, network issues, or when Octopus or one of it's data suppliers has encountered problems reading meter data. Too many gaps may result in inaccurate or delayed billing, and may even make you ineligible for the agile tariff.
